Serving clinics and companies in different regions starts with organising the equipment arriving at our facility.
Our base is in Goiânia
We are part of the Analítica Tecnologia Medical group and have worked with Lumenis equipment since 2010. Maintenance is performed at our facility; nationwide coverage comes from shipping and return logistics, not from taking maintenance to the clinic.
Experience throughout the process
Our team is trained and certified directly by Lumenis. On arrival, we identify the model and configuration. At the workbench, diagnosis guides the quotation and testing; before dispatch, we document the intervention and prepare return delivery.
From the right part to a planned return
Our direct channel to suppliers of original parts supports direct importing when necessary. Lead times and availability are established for each piece of equipment. A 1-year warranty covers service parts and labour under the documented terms.
