Identify the technology in your Lumenis equipment
Start with identification. The technology determines transport precautions, tests and components to assess.
Component availability, repair feasibility and importing lead time are confirmed after identifying the equipment. This list describes technologies; it does not constitute a clinical indication, regulatory registration or confirmation that every configuration is available in Brazil.
Laser sources and hair-removal handpieces
Diodes: LightSheer
QUATTRO operates at 805/1060 nm; DUET and DESIRE belong to other generations of the family. To receive the equipment, we need to identify the model and handpieces without assuming interchangeability between generations.
Combined emission: SPLENDOR X
The 755 nm Alexandrite + 1064 nm Nd:YAG assembly uses BLEND X. The workbench test plan separates the two subsystems and their auxiliary circuits.
IPL and non-ablative fractional technology
M22 / Stellar M22 modular systems
The same family name can refer to different combinations. In Stellar M22, IPL, ResurFX, Multi-Spot Nd:YAG and Q-Switched Nd:YAG are identified by module before parts selection.
FoLix: 1565 nm
Non-ablative fractional platform. Receipt records the console and accessories to define diagnosis, maintenance and safety checks.
CO₂ lasers and their delivery systems
ULTRApulse Alpha, UltraPulse and AcuPulse
These are CO₂ laser families. Inspection separates the power stage, optical path, scanner, accessories and protective mechanisms; the items checked are recorded in the intervention report.
Radiofrequency, stimulation and Pollogen platforms
Legend Pro / Pro+ and triLIFT
Legend uses TriPollar, VoluDerm and TriFractional technologies depending on the version. triLIFT combines dynamic muscle stimulation and RF according to the configuration. Each assembly has a specific maintenance procedure.
NuEra Tight and TriPollar
Radiofrequency-based equipment requires assessment of sensors, temperature control, handpieces and connectors. Support is aligned with identification and documentation of the generation.
Geneo / OxyGeneo
Exfoliation, infusion and oxygenation features, with additional RF and ultrasound modalities depending on the system. The quotation describes the components of the equipment received.
Vision: IPL and RF for the ocular surface
OptiLIGHT / OptiLIFT / OptiPLUS
The intake record distinguishes OptiLIGHT's IPL, OptiLIFT's muscle stimulation and RF, and OptiPLUS's RF. Workbench diagnosis is defined by the specifications of the platform received.
Vision: SLT, YAG and photocoagulation
Smart Selecta and Digital
Duet combines SLT/YAG; Trio adds 532 nm photocoagulation in the relevant configuration. The model, accessories and technical documentation are confirmed before intervention.
Smart532 / Vision One / Array LaserLink
Smart532 operates with 532 nm green light; Vision One offers multiple wavelengths. Array LaserLink is a pattern-scanning delivery accessory and should accompany its compatible platform when indicated.
Earlier generations also require identification
M22, LightSheer DUET/DESIRE, UltraPulse, Legend, Geneo/TriPollar and NuEra are part of the installed equipment base considered in our assessment. We do not classify a generation as discontinued solely because of its age. The model, accessories and serial number define the possible scope.
