Equipment arriving at our facility requires attention to packaging, accessories and the condition in which the assembly will be received.
Before shipping
Agree packing arrangements and report any special equipment conditions. Avoid sending unidentified materials or items whose inclusion has not been agreed with our team.
During maintenance
The decision to repair or replace is technical and documented. Removed components and new parts must remain distinguishable; service traceability is not replaced by simply reusing materials.
On return delivery
Planning considers physical protection and packing appropriate to the equipment. Responsibilities for packaging and removed materials are agreed according to their characteristics and the conditions of the operation.
